I HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY ON ALL OF MY ITEMS, (even if the wait time changes) SO THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING.
However, if you decide you no longer want your reading/spell (ex. you no longer want a love spell because it makes you uncomfortable), you can swap it out for something else (ex. I’d rather have a tarot reading than an obsession spell).
About your order: for my readings, your order will arrive through your email account through mine (retrogradepsychic0@gmail.com). Make sure to check your spam! It might occasionally come from a different email if I’m having issue with that email.
BUT I also will NEVER send you any links save for Youtube links. Photo/video attachments will be provided depending on your reading, but beware of scammers.
About expedite your order: For $25, you can have same day delivery when it comes to spellwork/readings. This will apply to one item.
About late readings: The time my readings take depend on the wait time when you order. On the main page, it should tell you the wait time.
About refunds for readings: I do not provide refunds for readings.
About inaccurate readings: not every reading for you will always resonate. That argument can be made for any reader. That said, I provide free re-dos if you find that the reading was entirely off.
About refunds for spell work: I do not provide refunds for spells.
About late spells: I might occasionally get swept up in orders. If you don’t get your spell completed in over the wait time on my front home page, please reach out to me.
About spells that don’t work: I do not believe spell work changes a person’s free will. I believe spells are like little nudges/pokes. For example, if you want to reconcile with your ex and they want nothing to do with you, the spell I do won’t magically change that.
If they do miss you, still have unresolved feelings, the spell will give them a little nudge. For example, they might start texting you more often, reach out to you, etc.
About my oracle decks: I do not provide refunds for my oracle decks once purchased.
Shipping will take a while as all my oracle decks are made to order, but you should expect to get your oracle deck within a month. Feel free to reach out to me at any point during the process.
